AVL COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE IN DURANGOOUR STORY
Originally from the East Coast, Victor Longinotti “discovered” Durango in 2004. He was immediately captivated by the mighty San Juans and the limitless potential to explore the outdoors.
When he moved to Durango in 2005, Victor brought with him an expertise in lawn care, rock work, sprinkler systems and irrigation, heavy machinery, and technical (ropes) snow removal.
In 2008, he decided it was time to put his experience to work. He launched the company that would become AVL (Animas Valley Landscaping) based on the belief that every property owner should be able to rely on their landscaping company to get custom, quality work done right . . . every time.
Like a true Durango local, Victor still spends his free time on the slopes at Purg, kicking up some backcountry powder in the San Juans, or on one of the many mountain bike trails in the area.
